39-2 with Unique SN

Nothing special about the pistol..basic 39-2, made in 1981. Gun was pretty funky..didn't seem to have been cleaned in years...doesn't appear to have been shot all that much, barrel and metal are in decent shape. Reason I picked it up is the somewhat different serial number. With all the 7s in the number, may have to buy a Lottery ticket...

Great find! I love it when you get one that looks a bit dirty only to clean it off and find a nearly brand new 20+ year old pistol underneath the crud.
