3913 CHROME?

I am new to this site as of today, but was wondering if someone can help me out? Does anyone know if a 3913 came with a chrome slide? Maybe in early version? And can it be a lady? Have a number of smiths but starting to get serious into the collecting part. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I have polished a couple to look like chrome with Mother's mag polish to remove the dings in a matte finish but never saw a factory chrome finish.
