I just acquired an early production 3913. What are the latest mag and follower tips? Any changes I should be aware of to bring this pistol up to current specs? Thanks all.....Zebulon

I've only seen the same followers on S&W Magazines & wouldn't waste my time with any aftermarket magazines..
KY Imports has very nice used magazines for $19.99ea, I picked a couple up from them this weekend..
Of course S&W will have New Ones avalable too
Give them a Call & Check!!
The only cocmpany that I've seen that has had several different followers & magazine upgrades is Glock..

Thanks Gary....I have a couple 4500 Series guns that have undergone some changes in Mags/Followers over the years...I wanted to make sure. I have the red followers so I must be current. Thank you Sir....Zebulon

Hey I'm back new into the 3913s myself..
If there is an upgrade etc, I haven't read about it yet..
Of Course I've did a search for the word "3913" here & on Google & have read everything I can..
Every 3913/3914/3953 mag I've ever seen that was S&W had the red followers..
