3913 magazine

I am in need of extra mags for my recent purchase of a 3913.I have been told not to bother with the aftermarket versions.I would like to save a little cash.Any advice concerning aquiring preowned smith mags would be helpful.

put a post on the classified.

ask for used mags in good working order and see what pops up.

make sure you specify which 3913.

There were both 7 and 8rd mags for the 3913. The shorter 7rd early TSWs' are probably not available aftermarket anyway. New S&W can be found $30-32, used I would figue no more than $20. That gives you room if you end up needing new springs or followers for them.

Natchez Shooters Supply also has them, depending on what state you live in (they don't ship to some adjacent states for some reason).

I looked at CDNN they offer demo's but are out right now.Thanks everybody for the input...I will keep looking but will probably end up buying new

Just a follow up.I just recieved magazines from Midway.I figured it was not worth saving possibly 10 bucks for a potential problem.

Give KY Imports a Call..
They show used factory 3913 magazines for $19.99ea, They might have both type of floorplate available, I haven't been there in a while..

KY Imports was at the Lexington KY Gunshow yeasterday & they had about a dozen 3913 magazines along with lots of others
I Scored a Couple that looked almost new others had a bit of wear but are very servicable
Thought I'd share as these mags seem to be getting a bit harder to find, Also note that they had 1 3914 mag.
I got the last flat floorplate mag but they have several of the finger extention style mags

My used 3913 only came with one mag.

One call to KY Imports and four more were on the way. They had both types of floor plates in stock and they shipped them pretty fast.

They also have auctions for 3913 mags on gunbroker.

Give them a call.
