3953 Performance Center Classic Series

I was watching a 3953 Performance Center Classic Series on the auction site about a month ago. I didn't wi the bidding. Did someone on here win the bidding?

It was basically a 5944 slide on a 3953 frame. This got me to thinking of creating my own. I placed a WTB ad for a 59 series DAO slide. Thanks to BigBoku, I was able to find a nearly new 5946/43 slide assembly.

Wow, this is very interesting. I own 3 model 3953s but would have to get a 594x slide to assemble one. I just bought a new holster for my 4053 which could be used with this set-up.

On GB, they have some model 3953s and 594Xs, and some are at a nice price point.
