Was there a pre-rail 3953TSW ever made like the 3913TSW pre-rail? Also was there ever a 6906TSW? I have never seen either.

I have a a pre-rail 3953TSW, I got it off a NYPD detective who retired.

i have a pre-rail 3953....

i didnt know it drew so much interest for some folks....

when i tried to sell it i got little action except a few low ball offers.

oh.......no its not, it has the standard grip and 8 shot mags.

I've scanned both left and right profiles of MY S&W pre-rail 3953TSW and can e-mail photos if you're interested. I'm sorry because they're grainy, but that's best I can do on short notice.

Note the circular plug in the slide where the safety lever would have gone on a Traditional Double Action model and the shorter 7-round grip.

Mine shoots as good as it looks!
