LPA used to make an adjustable rear sight for the large frame S&W 10mm/45 Autos, with fixed Novak sights, to rectify that problem.

The LPA sights are on eBay around $80 and last year someone had put on 20 NOS and he accepted a $30 shipped offer from me. It is not as cool as the Winged S&W but did the job as stated above.
