Your pics are not really good enough to tell. I close-up of the sideplate is the best tell on a refinish. Neither set of grips are original. It looks pretty good but better pics would help...

Yes, a shot of the right side and a close up of the trigger, hammer and the third lock at the rear of the barrel shroud.

It's a beautiful gun with the scarce 5" barrel.
It has been refinished and although very nicely done, not by the factory:
1. The trigger rebound slide and spring retaining pin has had the dome polished off and is now flattened, and
2. it does not have the distinctive mirror bright blue finish of the TLs RMs:
