I bought this rolling block off a local site. Pics looked good,it was
Only 50 miles away and I thought the price was very good.
Same old story, Dad died and kids wanted cash instead of guns.
I was glad to help out. It's on a Rem action in 40-65 wcf.
The barrel is 28in long,15/16 dia. Very good barrel on it.
Ammo is on the way, if it shoots good dies will follow.

Darn nice looking wood on that! If it shoots a good as it looks you have a dandy. Wonder if his dad did the stock work?
I imagine Winchester did it.
Probably not, since it was built on a Remington rolling block action. From the look of the wood, I'd guess it was assembled in the not too distant past.

Great gun for BPCR.

You should be able to find lots of loading data as 40-65 is a very popular round for BPCR competition.
