.40 fs FTE's

have 300 rounds though my pistol with 5 fte's. The shell casings were crimped in 2 places. The other rounds fired without incident. Not sure if I should send the pistol back to S & W now or fire another couple hundred rounds in hopes that it will cease. My gun shop has a Certified S & W Gunsmith I was wondering that might be another option if the fte continues. Any one have similar issues and can advise ?

Fail to eject. No feeding issues

Pictures? Is it getting stuck in the chamber or simply not ejecting out of the ejection port, i.e. stove pipe?
