.40 to 9mm swap

Just back from the range a happy camper, bought the 9mm barrel and mag from Midway. Shot 100 rds of WW white box, accurate as heck and 100% functioning. This is the full size M & P, love this handgun. .40 barrel and mag back in an in the nightstand.

Just did the same today with a 9mm barrel in my 357 Sig M&P. 100 rds of 124 Gr reloads and not a FTF. Gun is way more accurate than I am. It is great to have a 9mm, 357Sig, and 40 S&W in one gun.

what mgf. made the barrel? i`ve read some barrel mfg. are better than others!

At this point I would guess that I have right around 5700 rounds of 9mm down the tube and I cannot recall a single failure. At least not since picking up a couple of 9mm magazines. Prior to that sometimes the slide would lock back before loading the very last round in the mag.

I used the factory barrel, around $70 and it works perfectly.
