4013 grips

Would like to add checkered wood grips to my 4013, not having much luck finding anything reasonable.

Are there any other model number of grips that interchange with these..maybe the 4516 or 4053?

Something like these is what I am after...hopefully the picture works..

Did you check KSD Grips?

They make ones for the 4013TSW. Not sure if those would fit yours or not.

Hogue also might make them. It looks like on a Midway site they have them (but are on back order) and it says they fit the 4013, 4516 and 4053.

A company I am unfamiliar with popped saying they had them in stock. Ordinance Defense??

4013TSW / 4053TSW / 4056TSW will NOT FIT - the TSW variants of the 4013/4053/4056 are double stack while the 4013 / 4053 are single stack (narrower grip).

The 4053 and 4013 grips will interchange. Not sure about 4516. Possibly 4513TSW (late 7rd - not early 6rd) as I believe they are same as 4516.

Only other single stack compact would be 3913 but I think those are too narrow. Full size single stack 4506 (and 3906) too long. 59xx, 69xx all double stack.


Personally I would stay with Hogue style 2 piece screw on to adapter type wood grips as opposed to the 1 piece flex type wood grips. Delrin can take a lot more stretch without breaking compared to 1 piece flex type wood grips.

If your 4013 is the single stack model, 4516 grips should fit. If you have a double stack 4013 model, 6906 grips should fit.

Thanks guys. It's a single stack 4013 .40 cal.

I believe it has Hogue on there now, just thought it would look good with some wood on there.
