41 Mag - Can you have too many?

A dear friend has a monstrous collection of .41 Mags. Here's a pic of three of his four Marlin .41 Mag trappers. These suckers don't come along too often.

Instant 41 magnum collection!

I only have one but it's a BIG one: no dash 57 nickel, 8 3/8" bbl. I got it by "accident" as the seller said it was a 44 magnum but on arrival this is what he had. He knocked off $100 and of course I had to buy it...for $350.Yes..a few years ago..;)

I have it's twin but your stocks are nicer.

All of the above pics are terrific. Makes me drool. Glowing Green with envy.
My only two in .41 mag. are a TC/Contender 10" in a Gen 1 frame. Paired with my 1973 built … Mod. 58 . ( N1790xx)
I bought both second hand . The revolver came with box, tools,& papers.

What a marvelous display of revolvers in my favorilte caliber. And even some snubbies !!! I'm gonna let somebody with Jack Nicklaus wrists shoot them !!

Incredible photos! Thanks to all.

Seems like 41 Mag and 10mm aficionados/nuts are brothers from another mother... hoarding up all the OG samples.

Yes I also have a 41mag problem. Several revolvers and 2 rifles.

Many , many times I have sat and pondered that age old question ...

... Is six enough ... Are twelve too many ...

But then I remember ... I only have one , a model 58 ... my

...excuse me!... A 1917????

Isn't the frame just a tad soft for that?

Bob

A model 1917 is a square butt N frame. However, I do not use heavily loaded magnums, not more than the Unique 8.0 grain 215 grain bullet. Which makes it very accurate gun.
