Everybody has load data for the 240 grain swc. I'm looking to load up some hard cast 208 grain swc with gas checks. Can anyone help me out with suggested load data with Trail Boss? Thanks in advance.
5.0 grains of TB with a 200 grain RNFP works pretty well for me in the .44 mag case. It should also do just fine in the .44 Special. It is not a very high pressure load and the bullet with gas check may not obturate properly - just have to shoot it to see.
I also shoot 5.0 grains of TB in the .41 mag, .45 AR and .45 Colt.
