44 SPL conversion value question

That add'l 1/2 inch makes the N frame look nice. I have a 3" 24, but I like that 3.5 alot!

I have a 6" 28 that was electroless-nickeled. Have thought about converting it to 44 Special. But the tite-wad side of me says one more caliber to reload for...
