I second the idea of putting a set of Ken's stags on that 4". I think the case color would go very nice with a little bark.

I've got a two digit serial number TR 22-4 and a blued, 3" Lew Horton 25-14. Both are excellent revolvers however the 3" is my favorite. Besides the shorter barrel it's nice have adjustable sights for the times I switch to 185gr. Loads instead of the usual 230gr.

Two very nice additions to the Family

A 2 1/2" Night Guard for concealed carry and one of the 4" Color Case Hardened model 22s for more Formal occasions

Although it serves no purpose, I like that the Heritage series frames added that fourth side plate screw to the revolver. It gives it a bit of a retro look

I also like the Model 22. I have always liked serial numbers and I admit I got lucky with this one.

I am still waiting to get lucky on one of the CCH Model 22s like boatswainsmate just picked up.
