Hello
The 45 AUTO reviews that I did were shot with a Walther PPQ 45 with a polygonal 4**¼ inch barrel.

First I do forensic exam of the ammunition. Next I shoot a group while chronographing. Targets were were set at 15 yards. Chronograph is a Oehler 35P

Then one round of each ammunition brand is shot into a 55 gallon plastic barrel of water. The bullet is then recovered, photographed and then measured for expansion. In cases where the bullet fragments and loses its jacket, a weight is taken with all the recovered material and also a weight taken with just the lead core.

Impressive velocity and recoil. The most velocity and recoil of all the 45 auto JHP brands I've tested thus far, and the velocity was higher than advertised. I shot these on a rather cold morning. I wonder, if shot on a hot day the velocity would be even higher. A very potent round for 45 Auto.
