No. The rim is too thick to work.

I have a 1917 S&W revolver in which it will work. I also believe the Model 22 (A replica of the 1917) will shoot it. Likewise for my 625JM. Additionally, while autorim will fit in a Governor, S&W says not to use it.

Basically, the S&W 45 models cut for moon clips can shoot autorim EXCEPT for the Governor.
