I got mine over 20 years ago in a trade with my cousin who was/is an FFL. It is a "CAS" prefix gun. It had been fired very little, if at all. I have fired it exactly one time to finish off a wounded deer. I traded a Sig P229 in 40 S&W even for the Model 625. The Sig was my former duty weapon that I bought for $250 when we got new weapons. It did have 3 hi cap mags with it (during the AWB). I think I got a fair deal.
