45 Colt for $49.95

My USGI 1917 was given a factory rework 11/1954 and the replacement cylinder has straight thru charge holes (no shoulders). I took a chance and purchased a pack of TC Custom .025 moon clips for $49.95 shipped on the off chance that I might be able to shoot .45 Colt in the revolver. To my surprise they worked perfectly. I've always wanted a prewar S&W in .45 Colt and now I have one (sort of). Would have posted a picture but seem to be lacking a "token".

Must be some real good clips for that money. It's always a nice surprise when the anticipation is rewarded. Hope she is a tack driver.
