4506-1 rear sight

Have a third gen 4506-1 that has the novak rear sight.Is there any info on where i can get an adj rear sight as a replacement,S&W wont do it,only told me no but not why.

The dovetails are not the same for factory adjustable and fixed sights.

LPA sights might work for you - TPU series

As above. I put an LPA sight on a 5906TSW. Search for the 4506. You may need a different height front, check with Dawson. The LPA is the cats meow! Love mine. Good luck

I've looked around and The LPA TPU sights seem to be the only game in town for replacement adjustable sight to fit the fixed sight dovetails, and the LPA website says they work with the existing front sight blade. A bought a set for a fixed sighted 1006, works great.

Years ago we also had Champion and MMC (Miniature Machine)... but they've long since gone belly up.
