Make it a melonited scandium frame. 6+1 capacity with an adapter to use the 7-round mags. Novak night sights. Get someone to put a nice trigger in it from the factory. No Apex aftermarket parts needed.
It will compete for market share with the Sig 220 compact, so there is your price point.
