I have some 200 & 250 gr. lead SWC .452 bullets I use to load .45 Colt. Can I use these same bullets to load .45 acp and shoot in my 1917 Revolver?

I'm assuming yes, but some of you have forgotten more about reloading than I'll ever know. ;)

Thanks.

Any bullet I cast at .452 for my 45LC's I also shoot in my 45ACP's with the exception of my 300 gr cast SWC GC. This includes 180 gr/200 gr/230 gr --various bullet styles/250 gr swc. Anything that won't run and cycle in ACP brass will run in Auto Rim brass.

.452 is ideal for lead bullets in 45ACP.

You will use load data for 200 grain bullets.

For the 250 grain bullets there is limited data available.

Smiles,
