4586 cleaning

Got my 'new' 4586 today and am having trouble removing top slide. I guess the mark on the r/h slide face should be in line with the pin before pressing the pin out. I have done that and tried pressing out the pin with an old magazine. Wont move. Do I need a punch?

The notch should line up under the pin(the pin hole), then it will just slide out. Don't take the slid notch past the first part of the pin like you would do with a 1911.
