469 help needed - rear sight

Picked up a 469 a while back it is all in very good to excellent shape. The rear site however is the white outline and due to its age the white outline has flaked away.

Anyone know where I could get a white outline rear sight? I've checked the usual part sites Brownells, Midway, Numrich and checked GB. Checked the ads here as well.

I have a 469 and about 10 years ago I recall I got
real precise with typewriter white out and small brush
and tooth picks. It turned out ok and I think my problem
was that the original white had turned brown.
