C-Products makes the 5.45 magazines for S&W. You can buy them directly from C-Products, and from a number of their dealers. They are in short supply like everything else. You CAN use 5.56 magazines in a pinch, but you can't load them up to full capacity. Magazines are quite a bit cheaper direct from the source.
