5" M&P

Great gun, great pic. Nice.
I am particularly fond of the 5" M&P revolvers. I have several that were made during the pre- and immediate postwar period. They are among my favorite range guns. Sometimes I will take a few of them to the range with no other guns and just shoot a few boxes of ammo through them. Which has the added benefit of making me go back to the reloading bench soon afterwards!

I love the simple lines and style, but the heavy trigger pull still needs more attention. Turn it over and you discover some historical engraving. Signed, even, but I can't find any information on this person.

I'm going to work on photography skills next. The camera doesn't do so well on closeups. Hopefully you get the idea.

That's a nice one Blindboy. I, as JP@AK stated, also find the 5" M&P's to be a very nice balance and a good one to have a little range fun with.
