500 S&W Ammo

Hey guys i'm new to the forum. I tried searching around but couldn't find an answer. I purchased a box of ammo from my local gun dealer for my 500. After getting home i realized it says 500 s&w special. They look the same except they're a little shorter. Will it hurt to shoot them? Thanks guys.

No different than shooting 38 Special ammo in a 357.

it will not hurt a thing...it will have less recoil

Hey guys thanks for the help. I did go out and shot some of them. I have a box of Hornady hollow points that kick like a mother but the CorBon specials that I bought are alot more pleasant to shoot. Will be nice for those days where I wanna run some rounds through.
