500sw sight ?

Can anyone tell me the part number for the rear sight on the 500sw ? I have the 8 3/4 barrel model. I bought it new with a broken sight for 20% discount on base. figured it was a good deal. Also how to install, looks like just tighten to break screw and replace. Any help is appreciated. thanks
