Just acquired 1972 53 jet 6 inch in very nice shape, high 90s. Original box with 6 adapters. I had one in 1973, went away with all the guns I should have kept. Now that Previ Partisan is making new ammo, and cheap to, I will certainly have to put a few down range. Will post pics along with the other 8 or 10 guns that have had followed me home in the last 4 or 5 months. One of these days my wife is going to have me committed!!!

53 Jet

Love to have one, unique. If ammo doesn't work, reloading is the way to go. Keep chambers absolutely dry

Jets are awesum to shoot or perhaps I should say a BLAST!! Protect your ears! My dog hates mine & when he see'd it come out he is vocal about it:) Reloading it is not difficult and not expensive! Enjoy it! Kyle

I also would love to own one especially if it had a 22 lr cylinder to go with. They are EXPENSIVE now. I am more of an opportunist type of collector finding guns at a good bargain rather than searching out specific models. I am sure you will enjoy shooting yours and with reasonable price ammo why not go all out shooting the jet rather than 22 lr in the adapters. For some reason they seem to always have the box included more than any other models I see. Maybe because of the adapters did people tend to keep the package together? Enjoy, and show us a picture or 2 if you get the time.

Has any one seen the previ ammo
For sale. I reload for mine but
Will buy some of this ammo if
I can find it.

Welcome to the club drgbike. Model 53's are cool. I found this one at a show a few years ago. The Prvi Partian ammo can usually be found from online vendors. I understand that it is not loaded as hot as the old vintage Peters or Remington ammo but have not seen any chronograph reports. Here is mine, a very early gun that shipped to Evaluators.

I have 200 rounds of Privi. As soon as I can I will chronograph it and see. Also have a few hundred new brass. But 28 bucks I wont get the dies out for that. They are LOUD for sure, hi pitch painful , never heard a 4 inch but its got to be worse.
