581 - 681 Question.

Hope this isn't a dumb question, but I did a couple searches, and didn't come up with anything.
Did the 581/681 ever come stock from the factory with target hammer and trigger?

Not an Expert on the matter, but the Distinguished Service Magnum was a service revolver and therefore did not come with TT/TH from the factory. Here are the specifications from a 1983 S&W Catalog. Looks like other trigger options were available?

Special order maybe ..... but would think anyone wanting TH/TT would also want adjustable sights ......ie. 686/586

Makes since, I was just curious about it.
As I like the 581, and I like TH/TT.
