586-ND 6 inch love!

I really can't believe all these 6 inch revolvers keep coming up and not the smaller barrel versions but I feel like if the revolvers price is right and it has an in tact original box I'm all in ….

Behold this 586 minty model….. it's about an hours drive from me and I'm on the way to get her now……

For $800 I think it's a good buy

Mighty nice and if it's as clean as it looks it would be coming home with me. I've got a NIB Model 686, no dash, 6" barrel, that it would sure look nice with.

Looks nice to me, and maybe you will be able to talk 'em down a little. Don't forget to ask if they have the tools and paperwork. If they don't, that would be a good reason for a little reduction in price.

It's pre-lock and a lot of people are willing to pay more for a pre-lock S&W these days, then there's inflation.

I am sorry this is a 586-ND….. matching grips and box! I paid $800…. It is pristine condition

I think it's a good buy. The 586 have gotten very popular in recent years, they seem to be harder to find in good shape. I had a no dash 586 with a aac prefix and ended up trading it cause I bought it offline and it was undisclosed it was full of rust.

I've got a 4" ND and a 6" 586-5 both are excellent shooters and are among my favorite magnum guns to take to the range.

Here is an uncommon variation of the 586. Early no-dash, with a Patridge front sight and wide grooved target trigger. I had never seen one with that trigger. Also, the bluing job on this one is beautiful.
