5906 and 5946 holsters

heys guys. needing a safariland 295 holster for my 5906. they show one on their site for the 5946. are these two the same dimensions? cant get any help from safariland. anybody used one holster for these two. thanks.

The slide on the 5946 extends farther towards the back of the gun. If there is a fixed strap it will be a little loose for a 5906. Adjustable strap should fit both guns fine.

Looking at the will fit chart, looks like they only have them for the DAO models. Is there a reason you need the 295?

I have a 6280 for my 4003. I like it.
