Once I get my CCW permit, I plan on getting a IWB holster and carrying my 5906. It will probably be cumbersome and uncomfortable, but it's my only gun for now and I'll have to get used to it.
I found this online: THE HOLSTER STORE | Glock 26 27 33 IWB Holster
Does anyone have experience with this particular site?
And if there is anyone who conceal-carries his/her 5906, what holster are you using? Does yours have a "cant?"

Find a good holster maker and buy from them. If you try to go cheap you will end up with 20 useless holsters.

I go with BELL CHARTER OAK CUSTOM HOLSTERS (607) 783-2483 and Lobo Gun Leather - Home

They hand make the holsters. They are forum members (so you can contact them through this forum and ask a million questions) both are vets and both are cops, so they know what is good for conceal carry.

Other forum members will have their favorites and I am sure will let you know. There are other excellent holster makers, but since they are family, they take the time out to answer questions.

Mine rides in either a Kramer #3 IWB or a Milt Sparks VM-2. neither are cheap but you DO get what you pay for. Check out fellow forum members like Bell Charter, lobogunleather, etc. They will do a GREAT job for you at reasonable prices without a long wait time.

Also, make sure that you use a very sturdy belt. If you can fold it in half vertically it is not sturdy enough. A good belt makes a world of difference in all day long carry.

This is an area that you don't want to cheap out on. You will hear that from many members and they all speak from experience.

Decide on what feature you do and don't want/need and then work it from there.

PS. You can also take a look for used holsters on eBay or on the classified section on here for a great solutions as well.

Go with lobo gunleather...more guys on this forum have one of his rigs than any other maker.

Before I found out about all the members here and the quality holsters they make I bought a Bianchi pro model 100 for my 5906. It fits well and isn't uncomfortable or cumbersome. Not that expensive either.

I made this for my 5906. I gave it a rather extreme amount of cant so the large grip would sit more vertical and aid in concealment, it is about 40 degrees. While it conceals the large 5906 extremely well when worn anywhere from the 3:30 to 5:30 position, because of the amount of cant, the draw is awkward until you get back about the 5:00 area. I wear it so it is just to the right of my spine (5:30) and it is more comfortable then an almost 3 pound hunk of steel and lead should be, and of course the draw angle shines in that position also.

I can't believe the CrossBreed SuperTuck hasn't been mentioned here. It is the top IWB used in the country. There was a post on the forums showing all the carry holsters used and CrossBreed almost had half the field. Even the owner of CrossBreed commented that he didn't know they were THAT popular. I carry a 3rd gen auto in a Super Tuck and can't say enough about the comfort level. It seems to simply not be there. They have around a 30 day wait, but it is worth every day.
