Came across a 5967 two-tone NIB on Gunbroker. Can anyone give me a ballpark value? Older model with square guard. Neither my Blue Book or Guntrader Guide list this model. Looks like a 5900 frame and 6900 slide? Is it? Looks real tempting though current bid is $350 and reserve is not met.

The 5967 is a 5906 frame with the 3914/6904 upper. A special through Lew Horton in '90, probably no more than 1,500 guns. There was also a 4567 along the same lines. All the ones I've seen had silver hammer and safety along with the square trigger guard. And any nice third generation gun is well worth $350.

Thanks for the info. Any idea what a NIB is worth?

Zeb, saw the $15 in-store pick-up fee. A lot of stores around here are charging a fee usually $10-$15 to phone in your background check and do paperwork.

I see where it was bid to $460 and didin't make it's reserve, to a collector I'm sure it's at least worth $500. I just hate to buy a unfired gun because I want them to shoot, I save the unfired ones for the collectors. Heck, a new 5906 was over $635 dealer when they were avaiable.
