I never saw one like yours. Mine is a 625-7 PC with a 5.25" barrel without the barrel lug. Mines CJM00XX.

Thank you Ignatz. They are obviously different series.

Does anyone have any info on this revolver?
It seems to be a oddity..

It's had some improvements over the factory model. There is an over travel screw behind the trigger which should help you stage the trigger.

The barrel looks like it's been modified.

All in all you have a great gun. Get some moon clips for it and you are on your way. I've shot my 625 at a number of national events and have done real well with light loads. For IPSC and shooting Major caliber loads it was THE revolver to use up until the 8 shots were allowed.

It's also a great bowing pin gun and works good for Steel Challenge if you make all your hits.

Thanks for Your reply AzShooter

The Trigger stop in the frame I had fitted after I got it to help stage the trigger as you say.
Apart fro that and the LPA sighs, I do not think it has been modified.
And I vould really like to find out hvat the mubers on the frame men.
Is that some Performamce center code?

Numbers on the yoke and under the grip are assembly numbers and are meaningless outside the factory.

The LPA rear sight could be from the PC, as they do use them on other PC guns (Competitor models). I'm thinking that if anything is an aftermarket modification it would be the slanted cut of the underlug - although being an export gun it could be factory, I've just never seen one cut like that - either they are full-lug cut 90 degrees to the bore, or an ejector rod housing that may be skeletonized like my 625-8PC below...

I bought a similar one yesterday. 625-7 5.25" KND00xx serial number. Trying to get some information on it, but no luck so far.
