625-8 Problem solved!Pics added!

Just put a set of Culina French walnut targets on my 625-3.

Stunning! As is usual for Culina grips!

My MK I eyeball says they have the grip screw set a bit farther back like the JM grips. I could be wrong...

I got mine in a trade a few months back, and will finally get it to the range tomorrow! I've been pretty conflicted about it because I don't love the looks, but man the trigger was beautiful right out of the box.

After some pretty severe light strike issues with a 325, I highly recommend you get a cylinder and slide extended firing pin. I'm at the point where I don't even function check a new S&W revolver before I replace the firing pin. I actually am about to order some more because I used up the first batch I ordered.

I don't love the fake ivory grips, but I do prefer the "Legacy" grip shape and these are all I could find after I got the 625.

Finally got it to the range. Love it!

Ignition was 100% with CCI primered handloads and factory HST ammo. Think I'm gonna Loctite the strain screw & call it good.

Gotta do some shaping/dehorning on the cylinder latch thumbpiece. The Altamont grips are great for clearance loading clips but they let my right thumb rest right on the thumbpiece. Round one took a nice divot out of my thumb knuckle.
