627 Canceled?

Looking at the new format of the S&W site and noticed there is not a 4" 8 shot stainless steel (not pro series) listed. Did I just miss it or is it gone? If it is gone, it will speed up my decision to get one.

They still list them at several of my distributors. It's not uncommon for them to stop production on slow movers and pick them back up later on. I've had both 4" models and didn't see much differance in the triggers, but the moonclip feature is easily worth the price differance. The Pro is a little lighter muzzle wise but still quite managable with full house loads.

Still Listed

It still there site is not as easy as the older one. Go under Handguns then Pro Series 4 inch 8 shot 627 still listed. Frank Jr.

Just got off phone with S&W. Yes the 627 8 shot has been discontinued. Also just placed my order for one. Will have it Wednesday and be shooting some of my HOT 357s later in the day. It took a while to decide which one I wanted, but this sure sped things up.
