Think you picked up an older model as the new ones come in a plastic case... $900 or so if new?

ser .num is bcf74xx,it has the the hole in the side,it did come with a locking perf.ctr case, moonclips, and 2 sets of grips.

The 627 PC came in a pretty common plastic box. The 627-5s came in an aluminum Performance Center box and I think two sets of grips, but I bought mine about 10 years ago and since I use rubber grips mostly, I don't recall whether it came with wood ones too or not. I understand they currently ship in plastic boxes again.

The PC 627 is a favorite among ICORE competitors, and an all around fun gun to shoot. If it's not your cup of tea, you can always place a WTS ad in the classifieds here. If you do decide to sell, you should do a search of the classifieds, in order to get an idea as to the current market value. My guess for a used specimen in very good condition would be $800.

thanks for the info and feedback, love this site,i think i'll pass it on to someone who can use this kinda gun and stay with my plinkers

Is it this one?

I bought this in roughly 2004, it came with two sets of grips and the aluminum PC case. Nice gun, I have shot it quite a bit.

Sorry about the blue cast in the pic, I forgot to set the white-balance for deep shade when I took it.

Note on PC 627 cases/boxes

When the 627-PC was introduced it shipped in black plastic Doskocil case with a small gold label that said Performance Center. The 627-3 shipped in ribbed PC logo aluminum cases. The early 627-5s shipped in smooth aluminum PC cases. Current 627-5s are shipping in PC logo plastic cases.
