627 PC verus 627 Pro Series

Need to know if anyone has knowledge on both models. Looking to buy but due to location can not handle or see one in person. The S&W is somewhat limited as to what the differences between the models are in realms of addtional features and workmanship that are put into each model.

Generally speaking, the Performance Center guns tend to be way overpriced. I would go with the 627 Pro. I saw one of these in action at an ICORE match and I was impressed by how well it shot the goofy little .38 Short Colt in moonlips. It seemed to do everything well.

+1 on the pro series..I like the fact that the 627pro has the 4" barrel...
