Well I guess that explains why I've never seen another or even a picture of one until Paul put his up
Probably a pretty small run of them done the last year
I had the 2002 catalog stashed away, have to see if I can find it

Back up for another look and a quick update
Called customer service about this gun and was told dx's were discontinued in 2000. I than emailed them the photos and was told they have no information on this gun other than it was manufactured December of 02
They couldn't explain the photos I sent of the 2002 catalog

If I am reading the box end label correctly, just after the SN I see 2345, which 'may' indicate it was packed and ready to ship on 12/11/2002.

I suspect you will not find much more information about the gun (e.g., production numbers for the -6 Classic DX), even with a letter of authenticity.
