637 QUESTION?

2 different times while shooting my 637 I had something hit me in the ear.The first time my ear bled a little. I thought it might have been the ammo. The second time my ear didnt bleed but it stung like crazy and I was useing different ammo. Anybody got any idea what caused this?

Timing is off, and shaving metal at the forcing cone.

That doesnt sound good. The gun isnt very old. Already had to send it back to S&W once because the firing pin was bad. I never thought I would have this kind of problems out of a s&w revolver.
