If its a two incher. Is the butt round or square? If in excellent shape how much is it worth?

S&W model 64-4 are 2 inch tapered barrel, round butt frame. a number were manufactured for Brinks, inc and were DAO. about $300 - $325.

I think you would be able to get closer to $400 if sold privately. Anything prelock in good shape gets $400+

That's some good info! Do you know anything specific about 64-2's?

S&W model 64-2 manufacturing began in 1977. this engineering change put the gas ring from the yoke to the cylinder on 2 inch tapered barrel versions.

I see, thank you for the info...would you happen to know if there were any 64-2's shipped w/ heavy 2" barrels?
