640 Carry Comp.....

Just added to the J-frame hoard. An early '90's 640 (no dash)Carry Comp out of the Performance Center - as stamped. Purists, please don't get your undies all up in a wad because it isn't wearing factory grips. Those are tucked away.

It's ok, the factory stocks from my 640-1 live in a drawer as I prefered Uncle Mike's rubber boot grip for CCW purposes.

The SCSW 4th Ed. says the 640 Carry Comp came with two types of grips: rosewood or Badger MOP inlaid. Which does yours have?

My 60-7 Carry Comp has the Badgers. I like it, but I think the 3" barrel is too much for pocket carry, too.

They are Badger and were included. Extremely nice! I actually like 'em better than the factory set.
