640 pro trigger pull

Mine is back at the factory for the second time for that problem. Anyone else have the same problem? Also the cyliner thumbpiece binds and jams preventing the cylider from opening and I also have a timing problem. The hammer drops before the cylinder locks up.

Anyone have any input?

Sounds like an internal rebuild is needed. I polished the innards in mine and added a Wolff spring kit. It was good before and now it is better. They are the best J Frame ever built for my money.
