A friend is thinking of selling his 645 and asked me what he should list it for, I really have no idea. I haven't seen any for sale in a while so I thought I'd ask here.

First of all I am not an expert and I'm sure others will chime in.
It's hard to put an accurate value on something without seeing the condition. That being said I have owned one since 1988 and I would guess somewhere around $600. It's a fantastic shooter and built like a tank and I have no plans of ever selling mine.

I have been looking for a 645 for awhile when I found this one its had some work done but I paid 600 for it back in April if it's all factory with box and papers to the right person 600-700 I know I over paid but my want got the better of me on this one also look on gun broker they will give you a good idea

$450 will sell it in a heartbeat, $650 will sell it in a stretch. Box, papers, etc. as well as condition will determine where that number should fall.

Thanks guys for the input, no box or papers, I'll suggest $600 as a start and that will give him room to deal.

I'd start at $600 in mint shape with box. No box, nice shape, start at $500. Last year I got an almost mint, no box, 3 mags 645 for $400, local private sale. 4506 safety levers. Location seems to affect price. GARY
