65-3 date

I acquired a 3" Round Butt 65-3 about a year ago and was wondering when it was manufactured. Ser # ANS 45XX.

Hard to say, it falls in a big blank area in the book between Jan 1986 and Jul 1987. But it's in there somewhere. Can't get any closer.
