65-3 DOB request

Since you guys were so quick to help me date my model 15-4 I thought I would inquire as to the manufacture date of my newly acquired model 65-3.

It looks to be a carried much, shot little police trade-in with a round butt and heavy 3" barrel.

Serial number is ANS454X

No pics yet as it is in need of a little cosmetic work first. I recut the checkering on the grips, stained and have the first coat of BLO drying as I type.

Hoping the metal finish can be brought back with minimal polishing via Simichrome and a rag.
