66-2 sight question

What is the adjustment range for the sight on my 66-2 3"?. I am only able to get about 2 clicks (1/2 turn) clockwise or counterclockwise before i run into resistance. I don't want to force it and damage the inset, screw or the sight itself. Are there any good disassembly instructionsavailable, or is this all there is?

The rear blade should move all the way to the sides of the base and visibly rise in elevation. I'd try lubricating the moving surfaces and see if it doesn't free up. If not, replacement kits are available.

Thank you. I wasn't sure what the adjustment range was, and now after lubrication and cleaning, the sight blade will move fully from side to side. It does drag a bit at the center, but that actually is no problem.
