66-4 snub: Questions

Hey All,
I've owned a solid handful of S&W K frame snubs over the years, and sell them off, only to cycle back around when I come to my senses.
I just picked up this beauty of a 66-4 from a forum member, and have some questions about some markings or proofmarks that appear on the grip frame of this 66.

Also, maybe y'all could help me with year of manufacture? Serial: CBA51**

I've owned several 66 snubs and don't recall ever seeing the markings that are present on this one?

Thank you for the info... maybe I just don't recall as many markings on other examples that I've owned.

Regarding my date of manufacture, I went back and reread the forum ad from the seller... and this one was made in 1996.
